Herbal Bread

Ingredients:

3 1/2 cup bread flour
3 tbs sugar
2 tsp salt
1/4 cup oil
1 tbs fresh parsley chopped*
2 tbs caraway seeds
2 tbs dill, chopped
or 1/2 tsp dill seeds
4 oz parve or soy milk
6 oz water room tempurate
1 1/2 tsp dry yeast

*3 tbs dried parsley
variation: add dill seeds, celery seeds, etc


Instructions:

Place ingredients as listed in bread machine manual. Set for rapid bake (3 hrs) or regular bake. Remove and let stand 10 min to cool slightly remove from pan and let cool completely. Note: I use dried parsley, dill & caraway seeds . Make sure liquid ingredients is at 115-120 degrees.
