Poppyseed Cake

Ingredients:

1 Duncan Hines Lemon Supreme Cake mix
1 pkg instant vanilla pudding
1 cup sour cream or parve whip cream
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup sherry
4 large eggs
1/3 cup poppy seeds


Instructions:

Preheat oven to 325. Mix all ingredients together adding poppy seeds last. Grease & flour a tube pan. Fold cake mixture into pan evenly. Bake for 1 1/2 hrs. If 9x13 pan is used bake about 1 hr. Done when toothpick comes out clean.
