Ingredients:

2 1/4 cups bread flour
1 cup whole wheat
1 1/4 tsp salt
2 tbs sugar
2 tbs dry milk solids (parve)
3 tbs margarine/ oil
1 egg + water to total 11 1/2 oz
2 tsp yeast


Instructions:

Place ingredients in order given. Run machine on quick baking cycle (3 hrs) If you want to shape it into a twist, run it on dough cycle. After dough is ready let it rest covered for 20 min. shape it and cover with wet paper towel. Let it rise for about 30 to 40 min. If paper towel dried wet it again before removing as it will stick. Brush beaten egg & bake at 350 for 1/2 hr or til golden brown. Can be frozen.
