Salmon with Dill

Ingredients:

4 Salmon steaks, 6 oz ea
2 tbs mayo
1 large sliced red pepper
4 tbs yogurt
1/3 cup chopped dill
salt & pepper to taste


Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375. Mix yogurt, mayo & dill together. Set aside, Arrange sliced red pepper on bottom of pan Sprinkle Steaks with salt & pepper & arrange on top of pepper. Spoon yogurt mixture oven salmon. Bake for 30 to 40 min or til salmon flakes.
