Ingredients:

16 oz low fat cream cheese
3 eggs
1 cup sugar substitute (Splenda)
1 tsp vanilla

Topping:
1 pint low fat sour cream
1/4 sugar subsitute (Splenda)
1 tsp vanilla


Instructions:

Beat first four ingredients until smooth and pour into 9" greased square pan. Bake at 350 for 35 min. Remove from oven for 15 minutes. Mix topping ingredients together and pour over cheese cake afte the 15 min.Spread evenly and return to oven for 10 min. Cool & Chill
