Ingredients:

3 cups bread flour
1 1/2 cups unbleached flour less 1 tbs
2/3 cup sugar+1 tbs
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 cup margarine
1/2 tsp butter flavor (optional)
2 eggs
water or orange juice or coffee rich for a total of 11 1/2 oz
1 tb yeast or 2 pkgs dry yeast (1/4 oz)
Filling:
1 cup choc chips
1 tbs cinnamon
1 tbs liqueur
2 tbs orange juice or coffee rich
1/4 cup brown sugar
4 tbs margarine (optional)
Topping:
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup choc chips
1 tsp lemon extract (optional)
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 tsp parve butter flavor (optional)
1 tsp cinnamon


Instructions:

Place all ingredients in bread machine in order listed or according to bread machine directions. Turn machine on dough cycle. When dough is ready roll out on floured board. Roll into large rectangle. Microwave choc chips, juice, liqueur and beat with fork until smooth. Spread choc mixture to edge. Roll up on long side. Grease 10" tube pan and place roll around center making sure the two ends meet. Cover with wet paper towel & let rise, about 40 min to 1 hr, till double in bulk. Process all topping ingredients except margarine, til crumbly. Cut in cold margarine & process on & off til just crumbly. Top with processed topping after dough has risen & doubled in the tube pan. Press in lightly & bake @ 350 for 40 min to hr. or until top is lightly browned. Cool completely before removing from pan. Can be frozen Alternative Streusel Topping: Makes 3 3/4 cups This topping is for 3 loaves. 1 2/3 cups confectioners' sugar 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour 12 tablespoons (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature 1. In a large bowl, combine sugar, flour, and butter. Using a fork, stir until fully combined with clumps ranging in size from crumbs to 1 inch.
