Mix the orange peel, juice, ginger, garlic, green onion, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, and red chili flakes. Mix well, and then evenly coat the chicken wings. Let it stand for 30 to 45 minutes The longer the better - over night if you wish. In a large frying pan, add 3 tablespoon of oil, and turn heat on medium-high.
