1 1/2 lbs Rhubarb cut
1 pint strawberries
1 cup sugar
water to cover


Instructions:

Clean & cut rhubarb into 2" pieces. Add strawberries, sugar & water to just cover. Cook until soft. Mash & freeze like ice pops etc.
