Salmon Roll with Cucumber Sauce

Ingredients:

2 6 oz cans of salmon
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 to 1 cup mayo
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup diced red pepper
1 egg beaten
1 tsp salt
1 pkg puff pastry sheets


Instructions:

Thaw 1 sheet of pastry. combine all ingredients & mix well. Roll pastry sheet out. Spread mixture on pastry sheet & roll up. Place on lined cookie sheet seam side down & brush with orange juice or parve milk. Bake 350 for 40 to 50 min. or until golden. slice & Serve with cucumber sauce or dill sauce.
